The Note Editor is a browser-based WYSIWYG music notation program that lets users create scores using only mouse inputs and a virtual piano keyboard. While all users can input notes, add musical elements like clefs and time signatures, and preview their work through MIDI playback, registered users gain access to additional features such as PDF export and the ability to save and share their work. The program supports both importing and exporting in MusicXML format and uses LilyPond for generating the musical notation.
